Meet Phil
Following an exciting military career, Phil Olley entered the world of business in 1990, and has a wide experience of leadership, sales, financial services, and running his own business.
After the life-changing experience of waking up on a pavement surrounded by paramedics (he remembers the full “white tunnel” moment of having died), Phil quickly became a sought-after inspirational coach, seminar leader, and conference speaker, and has worked with people throughout the world, from small business owners to strategic leaders in international brands. He has spoken for, and worked with, hundreds of people in companies such as Shell, Pepsico, Mars (Masterfoods), The WoodGroup, Kelloggs, and many more, as well as hundreds of business-owners and teams in smaller organisations.
Phil has distilled the ingredients of success into The NEXUS Code, a suite of practical concepts and tools he uses with individuals, teams and businesses, to create breakthroughs in results whilst at the same time increasing professional and personal fulfilment.
